Well... I can officially say this is my first post of the year. Grad. school has been inexpressibly hard, and I've had little time for blogging. One year down, one more to go! For those who read this I'm leaving for Boston, MA at the end of next month. I'll be interning at a special needs preschool in the Watertown School District. I'm scared to say the least, but I think it will be a good experience. It's time for me to escape the Utah/Mormon bubble I've lived in my entire life. Then I'll be back in Logan at least for the fall. Another exciting update my younger brother, Brachen, took out his endowments today. He will be serving in the New York, New York North Mission. It's kind of bothered me that's it's a step he gets to take before I do. I'm the older sister I've always done everything first. I have to say I'm feeling kind of melancholy as I write this post. I've been reading other people's blogs (hence updating my own), and I'm really missing all my friends who've moved away or are in different stages of their lives. This time of life can really be summed up in a single word, "change." I know I'm only 21, but I feel old. Ha ha maybe it's my old spirit whispering to me. For the first time my future's a blank. After I graduated high school I knew I'd go to college. When I graduated college I knew I'd go to grad. school. But as my blog is entitled "Now What?" In answer I don't know. I'm not married, nor will I be any time soon. I don't really have any strings to tie me down to one place.
